Ensuring Continuous Performance, Adoption, and Operational Excellence

Iseyon supports and trains the teams who run data, cloud and analytics environments once a build is finished. Two things decide whether a platform keeps earning its cost: somebody is accountable for it operationally, and the people meant to use it know how. Iseyon covers both, and structures the work so your team ends up owning it.
Support engagements open with a written picture of the environment: what runs, on what schedule, what breaks most often, who currently gets called, and what an outage costs the business. From there we agree severity definitions and response commitments, wire monitoring to match them, and build the runbook set so a first responder can act without paging the person who wrote the pipeline. Training is scoped the same way. We look at what people are being asked to do with the platform, then teach against your own data and your own dashboards rather than a vendor sandbox.
Iseyon provides ongoing monitoring, issue resolution and performance work across data platforms, cloud environments and analytics systems. Coverage windows, response times and escalation paths are set in your agreement, so both sides know what a severity one commits us to. Recurring incidents get a root cause review rather than a repeat fix, and the fix lands in the runbook so the next person does not start from scratch.
The Iseyon team handles user access management, configuration changes, system health checks, cost monitoring and performance tuning. Cost work is specific: find the unbounded refreshes, the always-on compute nobody sized down, and the reports nobody opens, then change the schedule or retire the asset. Access work is structural: groups and roles defined against job functions, so adding a person is not a judgement call.
Iseyon runs structured incident management against defined Service Level Agreements. Severity is decided by business impact rather than by who is shouting, each severity carries an agreed response and communication rhythm, and every incident closes with a written cause and a preventive action. Patterns across incidents feed the next round of platform work instead of sitting in a ticket queue.
Iseyon delivers role-based training for business users, data engineers, administrators and leadership teams. Sessions are hands-on and built on your environment: the datasets your analysts get asked about, the pipelines your engineers are on call for, the tenant your admins have to keep secure. People leave with the work they produced in the session, not with slides.
Iseyon builds training modules around what your teams need to do next, covering cloud platforms, big data technologies, data governance, AI and ML workflows, and DevOps practices. Each module pairs the concept with an implementation exercise drawn from your own backlog, so what the class produces is usable afterwards.
Iseyon runs structured knowledge transfer and leaves documentation your team can maintain: architecture and data flow diagrams, a runbook per recurring failure, the definitions behind each certified dataset, and the reasoning behind design decisions so a future change does not have to rediscover it. Knowledge transfer is scheduled through the engagement rather than compressed into the final week.
Iseyon works adoption department by department: what changes in each workflow, who the local contact is, and what the first week after cutover looks like. Migrations get a parallel running period and an agreed rollback, so a team that hits a problem has somewhere to stand. Adoption is judged by whether people use the new path for real work, and the teams that do not get asked why rather than chased.
Iseyon reviews platform performance, cost, incident patterns and open risks on a regular cycle, with findings written down and assigned to an owner. Where the business has moved, we say which parts of the architecture no longer fit and what changing them would take, so the decision sits with you and not with a surprise later.
Both halves of this service point at the same outcome: the environment stays reliable, and your team can operate and extend it without waiting on us.
| Program | Audience | What the Session Works On | What Participants Leave With |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform enablement | Data engineers and DBAs | Your pipelines, models and jobs, in your environment | Runbooks for what they operate, plus the reasoning behind the design |
| Analytics enablement | Business analysts and report consumers | Certified datasets and the questions their team is actually asked | The ability to build and validate their own reports against governed definitions |
| Administrator enablement | Platform and IT administrators | Access models, cost controls, monitoring and the upgrade path in your tenant | An operating checklist and a tested escalation path |
| Change and adoption support | Everyone affected by a migration or a new platform | The workflows that change, department by department | Documented new process and a named local contact |
| Executive working session | Leadership and sponsors | Which decisions the investment is meant to improve, and how you will know | An agreed set of measures and a review cadence |
