Enterprise Business Intelligence Solutions

Iseyon Analytics helps organizations run enterprise business intelligence on the Strategy platform, formerly MicroStrategy. The consulting work covers the whole life of a deployment: standing the environment up, modelling the business into it, moving content off older BI tools, keeping it fast as it grows, and handing operation of it to your team.
Most Strategy engagements begin with an assessment. We document what exists: the schema, the security model, the certified content, the content nobody opens, and the report logic that has drifted away from the definitions the business believes it is using. That assessment sets the sequence for everything after it, because the fastest way to lose trust in a BI platform is to rebuild the reports before fixing the model underneath them.
Iseyon handles Strategy administration end to end: installation, configuration, user and group setup, data warehouse connectivity, and the security model. Access is built on groups tied to job functions and mapped to your identity provider, and row-level security is defined once in the schema rather than re-implemented per report. Environments are separated so development work cannot break what executives open on Monday.
Iseyon defines the BI roadmap with you, then builds against it. The metric layer comes first, so a definition exists in one place before any dashboard references it. Dashboards are built for a recurring decision and a named audience rather than as a catalogue of charts, and each one ships with an owner who can approve future changes to it.
Iseyon adapts dashboards, reports and workflows to how your teams actually work: the filters they always apply, the exports they always take, the drill paths they always follow. Where the standard interface fights the workflow, we extend it instead of training people to work around it.
Iseyon migrates content into Strategy from other business intelligence platforms. We inventory what is there, agree what deserves to survive the move, and rebuild the survivors against the new metric layer rather than porting old logic verbatim. Old and new run in parallel until the numbers reconcile, and the legacy platform is retired on evidence.
Iseyon tunes Strategy where performance actually degrades: schema and aggregate design, cube and cache strategy, VLDB settings, and the query patterns the heaviest dashboards produce. The work starts from measurement of your own environment, so changes are aimed at the reports people wait on rather than at a generic checklist.
| Symptom | Usual Cause | What We Change |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboards crawl at month end | Every card querying detail rows at run time | Aggregate tables and cube design matched to how the dashboard is really used |
| The same metric differs between reports | Logic rebuilt per report instead of defined once | Definitions moved into the metric layer, with reports repointed at them |
| Warehouse spend rises without new users | Unbounded refreshes and full reloads | Incremental refresh, scheduled caching, and retirement of unopened content |
| Adoption stalls after rollout | Content built for the project rather than for a job someone does daily | A rebuild around the recurring decision, with a named owner per dashboard |
| Upgrades keep slipping | No inventory of what an upgrade would break | A documented dependency inventory and an upgrade rehearsed in a non-production environment |
Iseyon keeps Strategy environments running with scheduled health checks, monitoring, patch and upgrade planning, and support coverage set in your agreement. Health checks look for the things that fail quietly: growing cubes, failing subscriptions, permissions that drifted from the access model, and jobs whose runtime has crept past the window they were designed for.
Iseyon builds mobile BI on Strategy without custom code. Touch-optimized reporting and interactive visualizations, including bubble charts, network graphs, time series and interactive grids, run on iOS and Android. Mobile content is designed separately from desktop content, because a dashboard that works on a monitor rarely survives a phone screen.
Iseyon builds the mobile layer for people who decide away from a desk: field managers, store and plant leadership, sales teams. That means a small number of screens answering the questions they ask most, offline behaviour that degrades honestly, and alerts that arrive when a threshold is crossed rather than a report somebody has to remember to open.
